Training Log for March 2004

During march I have one strongman competition during the weekend of the 12th. The plan is to keep the volume and intensity rather light for the first week, then rest for the second week (before the competition) and then do a bodybuilding-type routine for the third week. Still have to decide what's going to happen the fourth week but it'll probably be a normal Westside week.
